Company History

Arrowmail Presort Company, Inc. (Arrowmail) was incorporated in 1991, to conduct business in the state of Florida.  Arrowmail is a family venture and its four owners bring a unique background and experience that include an accountant, a marketing executive, a developer and a lawyer. The Ownership structure continues the same today.
Arrowmail began its business in a 500 square foot warehouse with one employee, in the west airport area of Miami, Florida. Early on, our due diligence showed a weakness in our competitor’s customer service and security methods. Arrowmail structured its future on a mission to provide the best possible customer service in our industry and to create a secure environment for our client’s property. Thanks to our customer service focus, today we enjoy a loyal client list of over 500 members. We are housed in a fully air-conditioned 52,000 square foot state of the art building, located near the Miami Central Post Office at the International Corporate Park.

Arrowmail’s most valuable assets today are its loyal customers and the over 100 employees who have helped make everything possible. Over 50% of our employee team has been with us for over 5 years, and many from the early days. To better serve our clients and for security reasons, we provide our own transportation to move jobs from place to place, to and from customer operations, Post Office, and/or Airport tarmac.
